You Only Need
- 2 slice of bread (You can pic your favourite type of bread)
- 4 onion slices (Large Onion)
- 4 tomato slices
- 2 cheese slices ( I used Almarai cheese slices -low fat)
Place cheese on the bread slices and put together onions and tomatoes. Ready to Eat.... Enjoy with cup of tea or fresh juice.
Today morning I had this with few plums. Very testy and filling low calorie breakfast .
Tips
- You can add more vegetables , meat slices and fish past up to your preferences.
- Don't forget to wash onion and tomato before prepare the sandwich.
- Try to use low fat cheese since it is good for your health.
- Good meal for kids as well.
