Breakfast Sandwich Recipe_Very Easy & Healthy


You Only Need

  • 2 slice of bread (You can pic your favourite type of bread)
  • 4 onion slices (Large Onion)
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 2 cheese slices ( I used Almarai cheese slices -low fat)

Place cheese on the bread slices and put together onions and tomatoes. Ready to Eat.... Enjoy with cup of tea or fresh juice.

Today morning I had this with few plums. Very testy and filling low calorie  breakfast .

Tips
  • You can add more vegetables , meat slices and fish past up to your preferences.
  • Don't forget to wash onion and tomato before prepare the sandwich.
  • Try to use low fat cheese since it is good for your health.
  • Good meal for kids as well.
