Jaffna (Tamil: யாழ்ப்பாணம் Yalpanam, Sinhala: යාපනය Yāpanaya)_from wiki

 

Jaffna is the capital city of the Northern Province of Sri Lanka. People in the Jaffna are mostly speaking Tamil language.It has a very hot climate during all time of the year. Nice place to travel and lots of things to see.

 

I have added some pictures I took during my Jaffna visit. Includes Kovils, Nallur Kovil, Nagadeepa Temple, Famous Jaffna library , Dambakola Patuna, Onion Fields, Ancient Jaffna Fort.

Easy Breakfast Idea

 Ingredients

 

1 Fresh Yoghurt- Low fat

2 Plums - Peel off and remove the inside seed

2 tea spoon Sugar

 

 

 

Add this 3 ingredients in to blender and mix about 2-3 minutes. Ready to drink. Healthy breakfast drink with less time.

Fried Rice, Plain white Rice, Chicken curry, Fish Curry, Dhal Curry , Cashew nut curry, Cutlets, Vegetable Salad, Papadam. (No pic found for Shrimp Devil and brinjal salad ). Prepared Sri Lankan Style. Food was really testy.
