Cake baked in Sandwich maker_ Easy No Oven Butter Cake

No Oven Butter Cake

Preparation Time 20 mins

Ingredients for 8 pieces (2 persons)

• 2 Eggs
• 1 Cup of whole purpose flour
• 1/2 Cup of Sugar
• 1/2 Cup of  Butter (Salted)
• 1 tesp Vanilla
• 1 tesp Baking Powder

• First you need to mix butter and Sugar. Then add egg one by one to that mixture. After mixing them well add 1tesp of Vanilla.

• Take the flour  and Baking powder in to separate bowl and mix them well by using strainer.

• Finally add the Flour in to Butter, Sugar, Egg and Vanilla mixture and start to fold.

• Plug in the Sandwich maker (Toaster). Let it heat before add the cake mixture. Add one Table spoon of mixture in to one partition. (you can apply butter or vegetable oil in to toaster this is not must after baked you can easily take out the cake.)

• Close the toaster and start baking. Check the cake mixture using tooth pick after 3-5 mins. If the mixture still sticky in to the tooth pick let it be about another 5 mins. Switch off the toaster and get the cake and Enjoy. I my self did this and very easy and success. Specially who don't have Oven at  home.

World famous Temple of tooth in Sri Lanka is a beautiful palace with sacred Buddhist temple. It is located in middle of Sri Lanka at Kandy City. It has a great historical value. Also annual Dalada Perahara is a colourful celebration which attract most tourists from around the world.  Here are some pictures that I took when I was visit there.
